My advisory draws upon my extensive leadership experience across key Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) functional areas over four decades and across four continents; specifically: a) 28 years Commissioning/Initial testing of New Build Projects in the United Kingdom, UAE, China, Canada, Romania, and Argentina b) 10 years in Operations and Engineering including Operations Support, System Performance and Reliability Improvement and c) 8 years in Maintenance and Planning including Preventative, Predictive, Routine and Outage.
I have a proven track record of delivery: meeting project milestones on time and on budget in highly regulated, contractual, and multi-cultural work environments, while maintaining high standards for safety, particularly nuclear safety. I am experienced in contract development and implementation for NPP Commissioning and in the recruitment and development of talent to meet NPP commissioning and operational requirements.

What We Offer
We provide a range of services in support of Nuclear New Build commissioning and start-up. These services generally include:
a) Contract development and review: either creating or evaluating contracts to ensure no gaps or overlap in vendor, contractor and owner deliverables, and ensuring clear delineation of care custody and control. b) Commissioning program development strategy: evaluating processes and procedures, schedule, staffing and training.
c) Commissioning program execution: providing guidance on optimising execution strategy, factory module and on-site testing, construction and engineering interface as well as the transition to operations, preparing our client for operational readiness.
d) Compliance evaluation: evaluating compliance to local regulatory, international, and contractual requirements.
